You can enjoy the traditionally Sikkimese cuisines; Cowrie (a warming winter soup with wheat shells) Momo’s (dumplings) Gyathuk (meat or vegetable soup). However, they also cater for other non vegetarian and vegetarian diets. Many of the ingredients for meals are organically produced on the home stay farm.
